Cancellation Policy

Deposit of 30% required to reserve a room. Full payment on day of arrival.

Please telephone or E mail immediately in the event of a cancellation as failing to do so will incur a penalty.

When cancellation or amendments to a booking are made without sufficient prior notice the following applies:

• 48 – 72 hrs – 50% of first night stay.
• 24 – 48 hrs -   75% of first night stay.
• Less than 24 hrs. or failure to show or cancel-  100% of  first night stay.

Rooms available between 4.00pm and 6.00pm

after 6.00pm is by special arrangement.

Check out 10.30 am on day of departure
